When finally it seemed that we had been able to offer one more plural image of which it is - or he would have to be - the Spanish State, the people in charge of this issue have fallen again to the absolute and ridiculous topic when dedicating an issue to the tourism, without a doubt one of the motors of the national economy. In case still they did not know it, the tourist image of Spain is not resumed only in Andalucía, the flamenco or the corridas de toros ( bullfights ) ...

On the other hand, the label shows the well known image of Sevilla seen from the other border of the Guadalquivir river; the Torre del Oro and, to the bottom, the Giralda. In first plane it is recognizes the relief of the Andalusian horse - the diffusion of which the World-wide Philatelic Exhibition España'2000 is also dedicated - and, to the right, a "bailaora" de flamenco ... Olé !
